Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact Full Circle Signage, we may receive the information you submit, including your name, business, email, phone number, project locations, notes, photographs and artwork. Basic website analytics may also record general usage information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate region.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to requests, prepare recommendations or estimates, coordinate design and production, improve the website and maintain project records. Information may be shared with production, delivery or installation partners only when reasonably necessary to evaluate or complete your project.
What we do not do
Full Circle Signage does not sell personal information. We do not use uploaded artwork or project files for unrelated customer work.
Forms and service providers
Website forms, analytics, hosting and commerce functions may be handled by service providers operating under their own security and privacy practices. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information through a quote form.
Retention and choices
Project communications and files may be retained for quoting, fulfillment, warranty, reorder and business-record purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to records that must reasonably be retained for legal or operational purposes.
