Project-specific terms control
These policies explain the usual working approach. The accepted quote, invoice, proof, order confirmation and any written project-specific terms control the final scope, price, schedule and responsibilities.
Quotes, deposits and changes
Quotes are based on the information available when prepared and may expire on the date shown. Production, freight, installation, permits, electrical work, removal and taxes are included only when stated. Deposits or payment milestones may be required. Changes after approval can affect price and schedule.
Proof approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, contact information, dates, quantities, dimensions, colors, materials, orientation and placement. Written approval releases the shown design for production. Corrections requested after release may require a remake at additional cost.
Artwork and permissions
The customer confirms that supplied names, logos, photographs, fonts and other content may lawfully be reproduced. Design preparation or file cleanup may be quoted separately. Production files, source files and reusable design ownership are provided only when expressly included in writing.
Color and production tolerances
Displays, printed proofs, paint, vinyl, substrates and illuminated products can reproduce color differently. Reasonable variation can occur between materials, production methods and separate production runs. A physical sample or specified matching standard may be recommended when color is critical.
Schedules and partner fulfillment
Estimated schedules begin after required information, proof approval and payment are received. Full Circle Signage may coordinate qualified production, freight and installation partners. Availability, weather, permits, site conditions, carrier delays and customer changes can affect timing.
Delivery and freight damage
Delivered packages should be inspected promptly. Photograph visible damage before unpacking further, retain packaging and report the issue as soon as possible. Carrier claims or replacement review may require photographs, labels and packaging. Do not install a visibly damaged product before receiving direction.
Installation and site conditions
The customer is responsible for access, property-owner authorization and accurate disclosure of concealed utilities, hazardous conditions or restrictions unless the written scope assigns those items elsewhere. Permits, engineering, electrical service, traffic control, patching and removal are included only when stated.
Cancellations and custom work
Custom work may become non-cancelable after design, procurement or production begins. Approved work already performed and nonreturnable materials may remain chargeable. Any cancellation or change will be reviewed against the actual project status.
Warranty and remake review
Report a suspected defect with the project number, photographs and description. Coverage depends on the product, vendor and written quote. Normal wear, misuse, improper cleaning, vandalism, substrate failure, unapproved installation, extreme conditions or inaccurate customer-supplied information may not qualify. No universal lifespan is promised unless stated in writing.
Code and compliance
Standard-looking signage is not automatically compliant in every jurisdiction or application. The property owner and purchaser remain responsible for legal, lease, accessibility and code requirements unless a written scope specifically assigns research or permitting services.
